Interview with Danger from MTV’s Caged

Special thanks to Danger for allowing us to interview him! Make sure you guys follow him on twitter @DANGER_Caged!

  •   MTVReality: On your free time, what are your favorite things to do?
  • Danger: I really enjoy what I do. In my free time im usually in the gym trying to improve myself. It’s both my job and my hobby. If I’m not training I’m hanging out with friends and relaxing.
  • MTVReality: How long have you been fighting?
  • Danger: I started training shortly after graduating high school. I was eighteen.
  • MTVReality: What’s your favorite type of music?
  • Danger: I’m a fan of music in general. I listen to all types. I def have a soft spot for country considering I’m a southern boy.
  • MTVReality: Has your life changed a lot since being on Caged?
  • Danger: Caged was such a blessing to both me and my career. I can’t begin to explain how it’s changed my life. I’m sponsored by the longest running company in the sport, Punishment Athletics. We’re currently in negotiation with several promotions regarding my professional fighting career. And this is only the beginning. I’d like to thank Joke productions and MTV for giving me such a great opportunity.
  • MTVReality: Do you remember what episode was your favorite to film?
  • Danger: Episode four was a lot of fun because I had a really tough fight in that one and it was in New Orleans. So I had a blast on that one.
  • MTVReality: Do you think there’s gonna be a season 2?
  • Danger: I really don’t know. I would hope so, but we’ve not heard anything. I have a feeling if there was gonna be one, we would have heard by now. At any rate I’ll continue to move forward with my career. I’m a fighter not a tv star. I’ll be fine. Lol.
  • MTVReality: Which fighter do you look up too?
  • Danger: I’ve had the opportunity to train with Dustin Poirier in preparation for his upcoming UFC headliner vs Chan Sung Jung(The Korean Zombie). Watching this dude get ready and prepare has been one of the most motivational things I’ve ever been a part of. War Diamond! Y’all go follow my boy on twitter and follow his path to greatness @dustinpoirier. Tito Ortiz has also had a huge impact on my career and I couldn’t be anymore thankful. His name alone speaks for itself and he’s a true legend.

  • MTVReality: The ladies want to know, are you currently dating anybody?
  • Danger: At this time I think I’m just too busy to concern myself with a girlfriend. I have a lot of things to figure out before I can actually commit myself to someone.
  • MTVReality: Do you hangout with anyone from the MTV Family on other shows?
  • Danger: I do not. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting quite a few cast members from various shows. I hope to meet more in the future.

Thank y’all for having me I appreciate y’all taking the time to interview me. I’m so happy with the way my life is unfolding. I love and appreciate the continued support I’ve received from all my fans. I can promise that there is much more to come from me. My career will not be defined by a tv show. I promise to make everyone proud.

Happy Birthday MTV

Happy Birthday to one of the greatest television networks and thank you for everything. MTV has honestly made an impact on my life and probably many many others. Without MTV great musicians may not have gotten a chance to get their music heard. MTV is a great part of history and it will live on forever. Here’s to the future!

Interview with Eric Patrick from The RW: New Orleans

We were lucky enough to get an interview with Eric Patrick and catch up with him since his season of The Real World: New Orleans (2010). Enjoy and be sure to follow him on twitter @TheEricPatrick …

-What have you been up too since The RW: New Orleans ended?

Eric: I live in NYC! Brooklyn actually, me and Preston are neighbors, (I don’t let him in my bathroom). I do stand up comedy all over the city, mainly at Broadway Comedy Club and the Comic Strip. I also do warm up comedy for two talk shows. Father Albert and The Jeremy Kyle show on Fox.

-Would you ever participate in a future MTV challenge?

Eric: Absolutely. And I would win. There’s not much in this world that would keep me from 50k. I think I would kiss Khloe Kardashian in the butt-hole for that amount of money; and we all know she has the dirtiest butt-hole of the whole Kardashian klan…….just kidding I would probably do it for free.

-Do you ever talk to or hang out with your ex-roommates from The RW?

Eric: Well Preston is in the same city so I see him on occasion. I try to keep up with the others as much as I can. Anyone can keep up with Jem and Knight on twitter, but I should probably call the others more often.

-What is your favorite thing to do on your spare time?

Eric: what’s spare time?

-Which comedian inspires you the most?

Eric: that’s a tough one. I take bits and pieces from a lot. I love Steve Martin for being so original, I loved Dave Chappelle for being so authentic. But as for comedians who at still working I would say I take a lot from guys like Patrice O’neal, and a NYC guy named Hannibal Burress.

-If you could go on vacation any where in the world, where would it be?

Eric: hmm…Amsterdam, Hong Kong, and Rio.

-What kinda of music do you like to listen too?

Eric: good music! I can appreciate the way out of any genre. That’s why cities like NYC and New Orleans are so great

-Who in the RW New Orleans house did you get along with most?

Eric: I get asked this a lot. And depending on the mood I’m in the answer can be almost any one of them, even Ryan. I was the one that usually kept his cool. I guess today I’ll say McKenzie, we bonded a lot towards the end of the show.
